Tony’s family is composed of proud immigrants. His mother and father have worked hard to establish themselves in a new country with a different language and culture. It was a struggle and their hard work has become an inspiration for him. Tony’s parents’ determination inspired him to help others like them.

For Tony, working at Step Forward Foundation was the perfect opportunity to directly help people within the immigrant community. He is grateful to be able to assist people from various backgrounds and cultures with similar stories to that of his parents. His parents’ story is very personal to him and he recognizes that he is not the only person with this story. There are other young people who deserve the same chances that his parents have given him. Working with Step Forward has been the best way that he has found to help parents provide a future for their children.
