Toan is a BDO USA LLP/ Senior Account Manager, National Relationship and Account Management. In his role, he serves some of the company's priority accounts, ensuring that the client engagement teams are delivering on the company's promise of service excellence and that the BDO's full range of capabilities are brought to bear to maximize value to our clients.  Prior to joining BDO, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for 19 years, working in Finance, Sales, and Marketing.He would like to leverage his many years of experience in sales, marketing, and branding to help Step Forward elevate its presence in the communities it serves and more effectively articulate and share its mission and needs to potential supporters and donors.

Toan hope to see Step Forward grow its team of social justice professionals in order to serve more survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual assault crimes who desperately need legal assistance.
