Robert is the CEO of ServiceHub. He has served on the Board of Step Forward for over three years. 

Robert has a broad business background with a focus on legal standards technology and building trusted systems that connected justice partners, litigants, and the courts.  Currently, Robert runs a healthcare technology company whose mission is to improve the patient experience.  

Robert joined the board because a friend asked if he could help a small legal non-profit navigate a number of growth issues. His experience was a good fit, but it’s the grass roots connection with those underserved, and largely pushed to the side, that has kept him here with Step Forward 

At the core, Robert would like to see Step Forward as a high standards pro bono organization that is hyper local and specialized in its services.  Demand isn’t the problem now, nor in the future, so what he hopes to see is a business model with sustainability at the center.  This affords long term planning, investment in programs and staff, and stronger partnerships.
