Pai is Step Forward’s Grant Administrator since 2020. Pai’s experience spans across supporting various organizations that serve to empower marginalized, underserved communities that lack access to adequate housing, education, health care, and economic opportunities. Pai is passionate about the different approaches and organizational sustainability components to maximize efficiency and build performance in systems and people, and to review current positions and future directions for healthier, more sustainable communities.
