Adri’s parents immigrated to this country to give her and her siblings better opportunities. She has been blessed to be able to obtain an education and accomplish a career in early childhood education and interior design. Due to the pandemic and our world changing, she was faced with branching out of her career path, so when the opportunity of working with Step Forward presented itself, she was happy to be able to contribute and give back to her community.

As a Bookkeeper, she is able to focus mainly on the financials and operations of the organization. In addition, she works closely with the team of attorneys to assist with translations and other projects that present themselves. She is proud to take part in an organization that not only provides resources to underserved communities. Adri is passionate about providing the best quality to their clients. Step Forward is a small organization, but has been able to establish a close knit team that supports one another and believes strongly in the mission of this organization.
